By accessing or using JobSurf ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
JobSurf provides career guidance tools including roadmap generation, resume analysis, cover letter generation, job matching, and application tracking. These tools are powered by machine learning models and AI systems.
You must be at least 13 years old to use JobSurf. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
JobSurf's AI-generated content, including roadmaps, probability scores, cover letters, and resume analysis, are suggestions only. They do not constitute professional career, legal, or financial advice. Probability scores are estimates based on pattern matching from interview data and are not guarantees. You are solely responsible for decisions made based on JobSurf's output.
Free users receive 10 credits per month, resetting on the first of each calendar month. Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable. Premium subscriptions are billed monthly at $3.99 USD and may be cancelled at any time. No refunds are issued for partial months.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JobSurf's total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the total subscription fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. JobSurf is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, including PIPEDA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of material changes via email.
